I've been using budget exclusively now for about 3 years whether its in Durban, cape town, or port Elizabeth.
No car rental company is able to match their rates or smiles.
I recently hired from king shaka (booking LB00092001) and unfortunately there was an incident on this occasion with the windscreen for which I had to pay for its replacement.
. Despite this, the manner with which I was informed of the damage costs etc was with such care and grace that I know it would not have been a friendly experience with any other car hire given the circumstances. Budget staff have tact.
I will carry on supporting budget because they really do make me feel at home. The welcome that I received from the staff member on duty on 15 june 2013 at 6pm was out of this world. How do you keep your staff so cheerfull all the time? Maybe its because they know they work for South Africa's number 1 car rental company.
Well done budget despite the incident. And heres to many more years of using you exclusively.
