hi i have brought in my vechile on the 11th of march 2013 and since then i only heard from them once and also just because i emailed them twice!!! look i know it doesnt take one day to fix a vechile but they can at least keep you up to date!!! leoni is a very helpfull person but she can just do so much and the rest must be done by ray but he ignore all the emails that leoni forward to him!!! i only have one vechile and dont have cover for rental so i must get someone to give me a lift to work and back and these people get irritated with me because its out of there way so i would just like to know when my vechile will be done so i can get back to normal!! i dont want anyone to get in trouble but in any industry a client expect you to keep him or her up to date so he or she could make arrangements!!! i always give my dad a lift from work to home because its dangerous to use the public trains and they have beat him last week and took his bag! he lives in strand so its quite a far end to go and i dont want him to take a train again! i do not right this letter to make you guys bad because you are awesome but i really do need answers somewhere!
