I have a 2010 Kia Sportage which I purchased brand new. I've had no issues with the car until last weekend. It wouldnt start and I called the AA out who couldnt assist me either. Kia roadside came on the monday to tow me (took 4 hrs) to Sandton who sent them away as they were too busy then to Meadowdale. Long story short, the car has been there for a week and no one knows why it isnt starting. We have called Kia SA headoffice to request a loan car while everyones scratching their heads to figure out why it wont start but they wont assist us. I have a full time job and 2 children and I feel either I should get a loan or demo vehicle or Kia should pay for a hire car as this is a manufacturing fault???
