I have had my BMW 320D at Auto Atlantic coach works since the end of August, as I was unfortunate to have someone drive into the rear of my vehicle. The exhaust needed to be replaced, which Auto Atlantic coach works ordered on the3/09/2013. They are still awaiting the exhaust from BMW SA. No one advises me of what is happening, I am the one following up. In the interim I am footing the bill for a hire car... This is my 7th BMW and they really do not give a &@$! The call centre, which I contacted last week have still not responded. Pathetic...
