Very helpful

It is very rare that one experiences very good service over the phone. In-fact in most cases we as customers have to be extra nice to the call centre agents we call, just so we can get help.

Wade was very pleasant and helpful. he understood my desperation and did the best to help. this was on the 20rh March, a Wednesday evening regarding a car rented for UKZN via another Budget branch. As the next day was a public holiday, we were not noted as to what would happen regarding the pick up of the vehicle by the original branch. King Shaka airport was the answer.

Thanks to Wade who answered the call that evening for the patients in hearing my cry.
