I rented a vehicle from Budget rent a car in Upington last week. At first the branch could not supply the car type I needed, but Einrich Dean, the regional manager assured me of the best quality service and went the extra mile to supply me with another type vehicle which suited my needs. Einrich also followed up the very next day to ensure that I was happy with the service and vehicle. Claudine at the branch was absolutely amazing. She is so helpful and efficient and even gave me her cellphone number to call if I needed anything else. This is the kind of service that makes me proudly South African, because I know international visitors will enjoy the same quality service.
