Poor Service from Kia Centurion

I recently had my car serviced at Kia Centurion. Firstly, my booking was not recorded the day I arrived. I had to re-record the booking with some special requests. Very few of my special requests were considered. The brakes were checked and I was told they need replacing. Why did they not phone me with a quote earlier in the day so we can get it done? I later found out that they are out of stock on brake pads. How bizarre, out of stock on brake pads for a 2005 Sorento? Really, is this not a standard item that is regularly checked and supposed to be in stock. I also asked them to look at the car as it has no power and black smoke is come out the exhaust. No, we did not have time and need two days to look at the car. I had the car previously with Kia Bryanston, after R20000 in repairs this is still not fixed. How can the manufacturers of the brand not know how to resolve this issue?? After the service at Kia Centurion, the car was not even washed, a first experience for me. I hope the service was in fact done??? I will never buy another kia in my life again!!!
