Shocking treatment and attitude by Dealer Principa

Took vehicle in that just completed a 1000 point check for iPod connector not working. Mechanic strips a used vehicle not yet sold and standing on the floor to check if the connector is the problem. Mechanic confirms this so I request that the connector be installed as there is no stock. Dealer Principal tells me he refuses to strip a used car for the part. I explain to him that its already done. He says the procedure is to order a new part. So I ask him if its more important to have a clients car serviceable than have an unsold used car serviceable. He tells me its the procedure. I say "Ok are you going to pay for my petrol up and down all the way from Centurion to collect the part? " he says NO! Dealer Principal was rude and chased me out of the workshop after accusing me of swearing at him and that he has a witness. I ask the mechanic if I swore and he denies it. POOR POOR POOR service and attitude by Dealer Principal.
