Poor service and under delivery of repairs qouted

My Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi broke and Wayne qouted me R35 000 for a full engine recon which included 8 new pistons all other parts and labour as well as a 50 000km/1 year guarantee. Allthough I did not get a written qoute, I recorded my detailed discussions with Wayne on the day he came to collect my vehicle. He committed to a 10 day turn around time provided that I pay enough money for him to do the work, which i did. He was fully paid by 29 january 2013. In the next few weeks I phoned him on a daily basis and he often had conflicting stories. Every time he had a lame excuse and always blamed his suppliers for his under performance or non-delivery. My ten day delivery turn out to be 2 months. I got my vehicle back dirty with oil stains on my back seats and boot area. My window washers were broken and only tied up with out repairs. My car still has an oil and radiator leak that was not there before he started working on my vehicle. I also have an Engine Management alarm active. My car was returned with only 4 new pistons and not 8 as qouted. I am also still awaiting the guarantee document as promised a week ago. Also taking this to the consumer council as a consumer ripped off.
