Can anyone give me a straight answer?

Call the landline number at at 08:00. Asked the lady who answered whether or not the Blue Golf 3 GSX is still available as I saw it on the company website the night before. She told me YES but asked me to call back later because all the salespersons where in a meeting. She informed me the meeting will be over by 09:00. Send one of the salespersons an SMS and asked to be called, also mentioned that I want to do a holding deposit.By 10:00 I called the landline number again and was transfered to a different salesman. He then informed me that someone else was interested in the vehicle but if I pay a holding deposit the vehicle is mine. I then immediately send the salesperson a sms with my e-mail adress requesting banking details so I can transfer the holding deposit. Received a call at 11:30 from the same salesman asking me to bring the cash. Made the trek from Kemptonpark to Fontainebleau and arrived at Willowcrest motors at 13:00. Was then informed by the sales manager that the vehicle is definately not available and that repairs has been done for an existing client.

I want compensation for time, airtime and petrol wasted during this incident.
