We bought a brand new Citroen DS3 on the 22nd of June 2012. From day one we had problems with the car. At 1944 km I complained about the tapped noise in the engine which the workshop Manager told me it was normal. I work previously as an service adviser at another motor manufacture and also speak to other people about it and they said it was not normal. And also about the left front door that was faulty and they had a look at it were it was touching the sill and said it has to be resprayed. On which I replied that it is not right for a vehicle to be resprayed at that km's. I still complained about the engine noise and eventually at just over 3000km they replaced the hydraulic valve lifters. And still sitting with the same scrap of a car that gave me more problems. I took it in for it's 20000km 1 year or service which ever comes first. Complaint about a rattle in the front left door and the passanger and viser lights not working. They had a look and told me the window meganism is faulty and needs to be replaced and the loom in the roof had come loose and rubed thru. on wich I caught the aprentice machanic lifting the vehicle wrong and damiging the side sills of the vehicle.
