Best Windscreen Fitment centre my foot

Pathetic, incompetent, unprofessional are a few words that come to mind when dealing with PG. My insurance logged a claim on my behalf. I spoke to Donavan and asked him to order OEM glass (your systems were down so he wrote things down). He promised to phone when the systems are back but never did. I called 2 days later and was told that david (mr incompetent) was handling the claim. david profusely apologised for his incompetence as he didn't order the OEM glass and he ordered the wrong glass as well (5 days gone already). Every time i call, i was promised feedback in 5 minutes or 10 minutes time (i usually call back the next day). I called in today and was promised a followup call in ten minutes. Guess what 10 minutes are long gone. I called back in 20 minutes only to find out that he had no intention of calling back. While putting the phone down he mumbles something to donavan. Seems like poor service is the norm. Knowing that his service was in worse than excrement, he made no attempts to salvage the situation by adjusting his attitude. All i want is competant service.i wonder if your fitter is as qualified in glass as your sales person is qualified in customer care???
