On the 20th of August 2013 I bought a car at VW Barons Tokai in Cape Town. The same date, I collected the car at their garage in Cape Town the agreement with them was that I will use my funds to pay for 1 full tank fuel as well as the car registration (license disc) then forward them the receipt so that they can be able to refund me. On 12th September I sent their sales person by name Wayne Rocchi the receipts as agreed and he replied that they will refund asap, however till to date I have not received my money or even a phone call from him. I have send 4 emails of follow up and I have never received a reply. I Also contacted him about 3 times on different dates and he kept on saying they will process a payment end of business on those number of days I had contacted him. Wayne tells me that they have to wait for BARONS TOKAI"S financial year to end for them to pay me which I do not know when is that date or the end business of his day which I do not know when is it. It is funny how they were contacting me about 5 times in a day before we concluded this deal but now when they have to refund me it's no more the same. BARONS TOKAI should implement customer relation management process.
