Anel - Caring beyond the sale

Saturday afternoon and the sales team was packing up and heading home. As I got out the car, a bright eyed, friendly face appeared. Before going anywhere, she made sure to take my number and give me hers. She vowed to call first thing Monday morning.
Monday morning, 8am, Anel called as promised. She continued with this behaviour throughout my car search. From coming to my office to valuate my car - to making sure my every need was met (trade-in value to interest rate). She kept me in the loop as to what was going on every day - even going to the length of adding me on Whatsapp to stay in touch.
When a brilliant deal turned up that 100% matched my needs - the vehicle was traded in at another Suzuki dealership. The manager there, knowing this was prime stock, refused to hand the deal back to Anel. This did not stop Anel in her search for customer satisfaction. She selflessly gave me the number of the new dealer and told me the car is such a good deal she couldn't bear for me to miss it.
This is so rare in the motor industry (putting the customer first completely). Thank you Anel... you are an absolute gem and McCarthy Suzuki is LUCKY to have you!
