On Friday I bought a used B Class Merc from Suzuki Bryanston. When I collected the car on Friday afternoon it was wrapped, like a present, in bright red - a second hand Merc from Suzuki!
Before I could take the car, I had to inspect the car and make sure that everything was in working order - and indeed it was. I drove home with a good feeling and no buyers blues...
This morning (Monday 3 June) I received a phone call from Rafter. He wanted to know if I was happy with the vehicle and if there is anything that needs to be done re the car.
WOW! This has NEVER happened to me before!
Rafter and staff at Suzuki keep this up.
More and more people will also be impressed.
