As I recall althought the fault was with you airbag module as the airbags deployed on your vehicle and had to be replaced, it seems that the blame is always put on the panel beater but not on the suppliers. If I recall correctly parts were on back order from Ford SA and I also provide you with a courtesy vehicle to assist. Feedback is aways welcome but when issues are resolved no feedback is put on record again and we as the supplier need to pay to remove comments like these...
