I would just like to let you know that I am extremely happy with the service I received at Hatfield VW in Bryanston but more particularly from Charlene Ferreira. It was the first car I was buying for myself and was very nervous about the whole process as well as selling my current car. From day one, when my dad bought a car through Charlene in January 2013, we were very impressed with her professionalism and demeanor. I knew that when I bought my car I would do it through her and am very happy that I did so. She was extremely helpful, honest and accommodating throughout the whole process and made me feel very at ease. I had my valuation done on my car and within 10 minutes Charlene had a price for me. Overall I was extremely happy with my overall experience with VW but most of all I was very impressed with Charlene's personable approach to car sales.
