On the 2nd of March 2013, my car was damaged on the side and in front by a City Of Tshwane truck that collided into it on the side while it was parked outside the Suncadiar Mall on Cnr Beatrix and Standa Bupape street in Pretoria. Fortunately, through the fantastic service provided by Outsurance, my car was quickly towed, evaluated and taken to the panel beater: Germatic Auto Body for fixing on the 6th of March 2013. I paid 50% of my access to them on the same day (06.03.2013) such that the process could be made quicker. It is now the 14th and every single time I call them, I'm told the same thing, that there are still parts missing to be able to fix the car. I have to take taxis everyday now, which are very costly and a big inconvenience in my life. Germatic Auto Body can't even tell me when my car will be ready, they keep saying I must call back after two days, and even then no help. I can't even get a courtesy car because i'm not sure how long it will take for my car to be fixed. This is the worst service I've ever encountered and I'm really fed up with them. All I really want is my car back. I don't understand why its' taking them so long.
