As a corporate client, we use the typical bigger Car Hire companies ie Europecar, Avis, Budget. I am a regular user for business so I feel I am suitably qualified to do a comparison between the " big guns" and the smaller perhaps lesser known Car Hire Companies.
I have used Woodford on at least 5 personal travel ocassions, but why?
1.I find their prices exceptionally good and more competitive than the bigger groups
2.Their online booking is easy, fast and very friendly with always a good deal to be found
3.Their flexibility in offerings and always friendly service when you arrive
But why I am writing this report is the "going the extra mile" at the PE airport this last weekend. Due to my changed agenda I needed a bigger car and a baby seat. They assessed the situation looking at my bags and realised I had too many bags for the car I had hired. They promptly gave me a free upgrade to a NEW toyota Corolla at same rates and the same friendly service. After I Returned the car, they called the next morning from the airport to ask me how was my experience and the exact final charges. To me this whole experience was amazing and professional. Well Done!
