Bad service and no response

My car Hyundai I20 has been in for almost six weeks in total, first the engin had to be replaced (Car only one year old), the car was then returned to me by heated up agian, the heater core then was the problem. I was at the dealership on friday (08/03/2013) and they assured me the parts would be there on friday. apparantly the parts only arrived yestarday. they never have a clear awnser there is always twenty stories. do not think they know what they do there. there was another customer there that had a problem, and was advised by one of the service advisors that she must take the car and if it gives problems she must return it, the they are feeding the clients. this is the worst experience of service i have ever recieved. i am fed up with and no one that knows what they are doing. Not once i was offered a courtesy car. I have spent well over a thousend rand on phone calls just to them, head office attempted to assist me but no luck, at the moment i feel they should just keep the car and replace it with a brand new one, the admin and the shlep of this whole thing is giving me a head ache. they have the motto of the fastest growing brand in the world
