On the 6 March 2013 I went to this DURBAN BRANCH a street away from the ICC as I just relocated to Durban it was during lunch hour. I got into the service consultants who all were male on phones I stood there like a fool as if they dont seem to seem me I moved from one table to the other 1 guy showed me a phone using sign languange he is holding on for a call centre I said but I am a client and in the dept why hold a phone on a call centre. I stood for 20 min unattended and left without any assistance. I was so dissaponited at this bad service and besides I bought a new car with VW and stood outside Durban barnch with a sales person who was willing to assist but due to technically challenge was dismayed at their own Mechanical service advisors. I called VW Midrand and got attention where I bought my car!
