Excellent service

I did not have an appointment and drove into telesure durban after being refered there. I expected resistance as they have a guard and boom gate at the entrance but was surprised to find that from the first interaction the gaurd was most polite showed me where to pak and then assisted and directed me to where i needed to be.
Alan the first person I saw said although I have another client on their way Iwill do my best to assist you. and that is exactly what he did. Even calling my insurance company for me so I could register my claim,
I was comfortable whilst I waited and even had some coffee and biscuits.
I was never left unattended, nor wondering what was going on. I highly recomend the service at Telesure in Durban
