Almost a year ago, before buying my Kia Rio, I asked for a full service history to be supplied from Kia. I clearly indicated that I wanted a list of what exactly was done at what service interval. This was for my own piece of mind and to make sure that what was stamped in the book correlated with what was actually done. In other words, I was trying to protect my rights. Despite several inquiries, and a follow up, the best I have had back is a list of services. Whoppeee. Yes, I can get this from Kia myself, but certainly could not have done so before buying said vehicle, which I did. I still want that request resolved to my satisfaction. I have had nothing but a lack of service from this dealer, and will not go back or refer friends.
