I called Woodmead Toyota to book a service. The lady at switchboard asks me why do I want to go through to the service department!! - duh - for a car wash maybe?? I got put through 3 times by reception to a holding pattern. Tired of holding on I suggested the the lady at switchboard to take my number down and call me back. To my shock she said I should phone back later to book the service and didnt want to take my number down.
