Two and a half years ago I bought a demo model Grand Vitara from Suzuki Bramley. Since then I have had an issue with the gearbox sorted out, two services, a big engine repair due to a strange accident, fitting of cover plates and light covers. Most recently an issue with the aircon, which was sorted out free of charge and even including a loan car for two days.
I have never walked away from Suzuki Bramley without feeling I have made the right choice two and a half years ago. They are very professional, friendly and competent. They support their product and go out of their way to leave you happy and satisfied no matter how big or small the issue, and whether they make some money from it or not. They keep you informed of everything, explain everything in detail, follow up to make sure there are no further issues, etc.
Whenever I buy a car again, it would be extremely difficult to not buy from them, even though I've relocated a bit further away in the mean time. I am so happy with the service and relationship I almost feel like buying another car from them right now just because ;)
