In my first dealing, I had difficulty in making an urgently booking/reservation online. In a panic, I contacted the branch and spoke to Shantelle. She immediately assisted me with the booking and arranged the car for me.
In my second interaction with the company I erroneously made a booking under in the incorrect branch. I immediately contacted the Sandton branch again, and dealt with a gentleman (I unfortunately cannot recall his name), the branch manager Brenda as well as Shantelle again. They quickly arranged the booking for me with their branch regardless of the fact that they had been fully booked and had no vehicles available in the group that I had requested. In my opinion, providing good service to customers is part of company and its employee's responsibility. Going over and above is what makes the difference. This is exactly what I have experienced.
