Worst Attitude after 1994

I went to the shop to buy Charkoal and fire lighters on March 02, 2013 between 14H00 and 16H00, when i was ready to pay, I was told the scanning system was down that some items scan and some do not. In this case the two charcoal bags scanned and the two firelighters did not. The cashier told me that because the two items cannot scan it means i cannot have them. Desperate as i was, I requested the cashier to call the manager on duty to come so that he can authorize a manual purchase. He came and was on the phone, he went back to the office not talking to me while on the phone...after 5 minutes of waiting, I went to his office, waited for about 15 minutes. He then looked at me and shouted...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, I AM BUSY HERE TRYING TO SORT OUT THE SYTEM ISSUE AND YET YOU STAND IN MY DOOR...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM???? He went back to the cashier, told him to type something on the computer and the keyboard had frozed at that time, he then shouted DO IT OR I WILL CHOP YOUR LEG...Then he was back on the phone. It only reminded me of the apartheid ERA...The employees also seem very scared.All he could have done was to ask me what i wanted and back to his call, i mean for 'sake
