I am a proud owner of two GWM vehicles. On purchase of both my vehicles the dealer principal and staff were more than efficient. The environment was not only welcoming but what I saw that each customer had a personal relationship with management.
The service received was more than what we are accustomed to in South Africa, with a dying industry that refuses to better their service delivery. I also had my vehicles serviced recently and WOW WOW service beyond what we expected.
I am in the process of purchasing a Hyundai wagon but EISH the service and attitude you receive from Hyundai is making me dislike the brand.
Hyundai get a hold of GWM to give you all a workshop on customer relations.
