I emailed the BMW SA customer service centre on the 21st of February 2013 about a complaint of negligence by Broadway Motors BMW in Witbank. To date I have not had a response from customer services.
I then called BMW SA customer services on the 5th of March 2013 and emailed them again regarding my complaint. Still no response
I have contacted the dealer repeatedly as I am currently without a vehicle (due to the dealer) and they also do not respond to me at all.
