I have been trying to contact Theresa for 3 weeks to FINALLY get a date to book my car in for repair of hail damage! EVERY SINGLE time i call and leave a message - she is unavailable or she just stepped out the office and when you ask for a manager - surprise surprise SHE IS THE MANAGER! Bar the fact that my insurance company approved the claim in February/March 2013 HOFBRO Autobody obviously don't need my business as they didnt even phone me to book my car in I had to and i sit STILL without a booking for my car! Their service and attitude towards customers leaves a lot to be desired and clearly they makingfar to much money that they dont treat their customers like humans never mind CUSTOMERS!
