I find it beyond shocking that my technician came to you guys to have his car washed and his back canopy window was broken. Total (Martin) REFUSES to take responsibility for the broken window.
when the manager Phoned Martin to get more clarity on the situation Martin told us it was the water that broke the window. IM SORRY THE WHAT??!?! blaming WATER for breaking a window. then proceeded to say? ts not my fault your technician left his car in the sun which caused it to be HOT"
okay so just to clarify that Nature is clearly responsible for the broken window as it was the water and the sun's fault.
i just cant understand how millions of ppl drive around in the sun on a daily basis and when water touches the windscreen these millions of windscreens are not breaking. but yeah lets stick with nature is to blame.
