On the 14th of May 2013 my Scorpio 2.2 M Hawk started making a knocking noise on the engine they collected it the next day but up to date they can not tell what the problem is. They don't phone you back you always have to phone them, now they want to open up the engine so i told then i want a new bakkie because is has only 6000km on the clock and was bought in Feb2013. They still don't know what is wrong and i don't get an answer back if they are going to replace my bakkie or not but i don't want a bakkie with 6000km on the clock with an engine that have been stripped and repaired. The service department is a hopeless case and i don't have my new bakkie what is the use of of the bakkie if it stands in there shop.
