Chevrolet Opel & Isuzu
Warranty not worth the paper its printed on

In November last year we took our Isuzu Frontier in for major engine repairs.
Late December we received the vehicle back aftera horrendous bill in excess of R63000.00
Within one month the vehicle lost all its engine oil in a major leak.
To determine the fault, we sought advice from two independant mechanics who told us that the CRANKSHAFT SEAL had failed and that Isuzu King should repair under its warranty of 6 months.
Back at Isuzu King, Dawid tried to get us to pay an extra R3500.00 for repairs, then reduced it to R1500.00.
It should be for nothing and under warranty.
We refused and pointed out that it falls under warranty.
Dawid became arrogant and refused to repair the vehicle.
After threatening him with legal action, we received an sms to bring the vehicle in.
After numerous attempts to book it in and excuse after excuse that he is too busy, we are at wits end what to do.
It is now nearly two months later on and no luck yet.
On his letter head it states "HIER DOEN ONS DIE WERKE MET MET(?) N' PASSIE, TROTS, DISSIPLINE.. EN IN AFRIKAANS"
Additionally other repairs like sealing the firewall from water leaks etc were not done properly, but charged for.
Can somebody help us please.
