Here is my experience with the DHL Cape Town branch (From other reports, it seems that this is not an isolated incidence):
They take an average of 5 min to answer the phone (if they answer at all), everytime with a different excuse (it seems that they are taking a tea brake every 5 min). I have been cut off a number of times. The contact person is never availible, either elsewhere or off sick. They don't inform me about the status of my package. I leave messages but they never return them and I had to nag them for more than a week before they finally released my parcel for delivery. Absolutely horrific service!!!
