A package was send to St Helena Bay from Cape Town on Monday, 25 March. A trip of around 150km. It is now Thursday 28 March, Easter weekend is apon us, and I have still not received the package. When you call the Cape Town branch, you wait up to 20min for an operator to answer, and when they do, the call is transfered and then cut off.
