What a disspointment!!!
I reported a claim in November last year. I waited until now for my car to be able to go in for repairs. I got my car back on Monday and even though it has only been 2 days the paint is already chipping off. Danmar was in charge of repairs. They took a month to fix a few scrathes and this is how my car comes back. I called OUTsurance to tell them how bad the service was and that I am not happy with the repairs. Lolo was supposed to call me back yesterday and I am still waiting. Aside from that my car hire is only valid for 30 days and when they have to now go sort out the mess they made I will have to sit without a car.
If this is how they bend over backwards for clients that have supported them faithfully for nearly 10 years I d rather find another insurer! Very dissapointed.
