We phone kia the glen in december 2012 talk to a lady name tanya she ask for our details cause she will phone us back it never happend we phone her again and she again took our details the same story we phoned her that whole week and everytime she took out details and never hear again from her. So we just left it there, in january 2013 we phone kia again and they put us through tanya again and we told her what we want and the deal would be a cash deal and she told us no problem she would email us some info about the rio and phone us as soon as se email it surprise surprise that never happen, that is really bad service and they were not intrested in doing bussiness with us. We decided to go in maybe the service will be beter, what a waste of time we got there and everyone was standing around looking at us like we dont belong there and this lady with this huge perm was standing by the door smoking, descusting.. One thing is for sure kia the glen can learn a thing or 2 by vw the glen about doing bussiness and giving a good service about helping a customer. And we will never ever go to kia the glen for bussiness ever again.
