I was called by the company after looking for a courier service on the internet. Virgil was pleasant and well spoken. I had some problems with the details of the pick up but these were ironed out very quickly and efficiently. My payment took longer than expected and I was waiting for the worst - but it never came. All the guys at Gobi were great, communicative and hugely helpful. Upon receiving my goods - the drivers who (unfortunately) had to wait for me for a span of time, we also very understanding and pleasant to deal with. All in all, after dealing with 4 other courier companies, Gobi was by far the most cost effective as well as the friendliest to do business with. Without hesitating I would suggest them to anyone looking for a national courier. Thank you guys.
