I purchased a defective Gobi from Kalahari in August 2013. The product was defective and sent back after 2 months. Since the I never heard from Kalahari. I started phoning them more than 2 weeks ago and all I got was empty promises. I even insisted to speak to a manager and that is not possible at all. I at long last got a supervisor, but even this seemed fruitless. I cant get hold of the persons I speak to the previous day and have to explain the whole story to the new agent. Im going on holiday on the 5th of December and it seems that Im leaving without my Gobi. I spent counless hours on the phone and on my account.
