This was the second time I used Gobi Logistics to courier goods between Cape Town and Gauteng. I thought I was impressed the first time but you guys blew me away the second time around. Any other courier company would not have been bothered with the fact that the person where pick up were to be made, was on holiday at arranged time. What did Virgil do? He went the extra mile and arranged for pick up to be made on a Friday evening in order to ensure my parcel arrived on time in Cape Town! I am sold! Gobi Logistics is the only company I will be using from this day forth. A HUGE TANK YOU to Virgil Rule for his fantastic customer service! Well done!
