Disgusting Service from Subsidary

I bought a new car in July 2012. Ever since i have been having problems with it. In short, my car after much complaining was taken into Hyundai Sandton to be repaired. IT has now been sitting there for 3 weeks, as much to my delight, not one phonecall, one follow up has been made to what is happening with it. I am supposed to be collecting it this morning. I am totally DISGUSTED with the attitude of the staff members there, the service i have received, and for the DP to tell me "Its just a car" and "I didnt buy a BMW" when i complained prefously about the problems. I was also told that the branch "do not replace vehicles" even though my contract falls under the window period of the Consumer Act to be replaced. A courtesy car was given to me, however the first one was FILTHY, and broke down on me seven times. In turn another one was given to me. However, i am looking to obtain a NEW vehicle, for the inconvenience you have caused me, the time ive had to take off work, and for me paying for a "NEW" vehicle as per my contract. I do not want to be driving a "refurbished" car under a new car contract.
