I appreciate the outstanding customer service that was provided the last 2 weeks. Putting in an alarm system into the car. The TATA 2012 (visa Indica) would start & get me to work in the morning, home time came I would not be able to get the car started. On numerous occasions, I was let down. This last straw, my Tata let me down, I filled my car with petrol and the car would not start last instance where my Tata let me down was on Monday when it allowed me to get to Linton Grange petrol station, I phoned roadside assistance (to my utter dismay as their service is shocking) informed them I was leaving my car at the petrol station giving the key to Peter the attendant, on foot to get the car Mr wonderful (Juan at Auto logic) lent me in case it happened again. Roadside assistance called I said take the vehicle directly to Tata as I didn't want it till it was fixed My car was towed, taken to alarm place (which I will not name and shame). From there Tata took over the reins. A BIG BIG thank you to Marko and my hero John for getting down to the problem and having my car's service up to date. Not only were they friendly but John kept me up to date every so many hours, day after day.
