I am very disapointed at the service i got at KS motors Randburg/Strijdom Park, on the 13th of December 2013 i went there to buy a clutch kit and the cable for my kia Picanto and got a machanic to fit it in, in about 3 weeks the car couldnt select
gears only to find out that the cable was gone as in like torn apart, the machanic had to put back the one he took out for me to get the car to the nearest repairing place . i took it to Safety brake & clutch in Edenvave for them to check it out, they changed the cable but told me that theres something wrong with the clutch as it was still too stiff. they took it out to replace it and told me to take the one they took out back as there is something difenately wrong with that clutch kit. i took it back to KS motor and they refused to refund me and said they needed a report from a qualified machenic which i did get them the report, still they refusing telling me that they have never had anything wrong with their parts" isnt there a first time for everything" worse part is that my clutch kit is still in their shop on Randburg they didnt even send it to their head office to look at it like they told me. totally disapointed.
