In Dealing with a motor claim earlier this year, i would like to extend my gratitude to the staff of Avis in Randburg.
Particularly Elvera, I was very impressed with the service received by Elvera her customer feed back was prompt and accurate.
She went beyond the call of Duty to ensure customer satisfaction, even though the branch was understaffed through the Festive season.
Elvera conducted her work efficiently and effectively even though having been the only one in the office, with other customers behind me. Her explanation of the contractual obligation and requirements where clear and easy to understand.
In short i was expecting bla bla bla bla bla 30 min later bla bla bla but in fact I walked in I got the courtesy car I walked out with the whole process taking less then 15 minutes.
