I received an unclear voicemail from someone at Berco Express, requesting me to call back. I could only hear the number to dial, which I did. I explained my situation to the first person I spoke to and was transferred to someone else. The same thing happened with the next person and I was transferred to "Undeliverables". Nobody there could figure out what the issue was and I was transferred to the person in charge of the couriers in the Rosebank area. He answered the phone, I explained the story and he said he had made no such phone call and hung up on me, with no further explanation as to what I should now do.
Firstly, being passed from person to person is a complete waste of time and then to be so rudely hung up on after having to be on a phone call for 17 minutes, is completely unprofessional.
Now, I still dont' have my parcel AND I was treated rudely by the courier. I won't be shopping with that website again, because they use Berco Express.
