I brought my car for a service on the 12 dec at 7am I received a call at 16:55 to let me know my car will not be ready... I received no phone call on the 13 and I phoned them on the 14 and thy said the work shop is closed so I only phoned them on 17 dec and only then did thy say I may come and collect the car... I'm hear now and my car is not even been washed :( I asked them to wash the vehicle luckily thy did but first said the car was already washed, it was standing outside sins the 13 dec.
