I bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara from Tata Pretoria North during the first week of January 2013. There were several items that the dealership assured me would be repaired when I made the purchase. Several of these problems have been resolved but the problem is that each and every item on the list required me to phone the dealer at least twice a day before any action was taken. One problem with paint peeling of the body work was only resolved after I physically took time off work and drove the vehicle there too confront the salesperson. Every time I phone the dealership promises are made of "we will phone you back later", "the items will arrive tomorrow", etc., but not one of these promises have been kept. Even the manager promised to return a call which she has still not done to this day.
