Was moving from town to Ridgeway, got a quotation from these guys and paid the 50% deposit, they were supposed to show up between 13:00-14:00. At 15:00 when they didnt show up I called Sihle (the person I was liasing with) and he said they were still moving some stuff in Randburg but should be in town around 17:00. This time came and passed and then at 18:00 I called him again and he said that they were moving a second load from Randburg to Centurion and should be in town around 20:00. Through all this he never called me once to say they were running late, I was the one who had to do all the calling.
Obviously by now I did not believe he would show up so I decided to orgabise alternate transport, bear in mind it was now around 19:00. I now had to pay a penalty to body corporate where I was moving out as people had been hired to come and paint the place and clean the carperts an they couldnt because my stuff was still there.
If you want peace of mind when moving, stay away from this company, they are unprofessional and useless. I had to fight to be even given back my deposit which I had paid with no hassle.
