Still no service from KIA Stikland

Slowly starting to regret buying a KIA and I will definitely not buy one again!

A few weeks ago i needed wipers and i just couldn't get the service advisors to assist. Firstly you hold on forever and gets cut-off, then you get hold of some one and they will not return the call.

Anyways, here i am again and this time i phone in to bring my car in for Shocks as it is part of the Expensive Maintenance Plan that was taken up.

So the Service Advisor, Anthea, ask me, did you phone parts to hear if they have. So does that mean next time i when booking in for a service i must ask Parts first if they have spark plugs, filters, etc.

Now after phoning parts, Simon, he tells me they don't have but will order and will advise once it is there. That was 3 weeks back. I follow up weekly and they say, Let me go find out and i'll get right back to you in 5minutes. Same old story weekly.

Is there any other reliable KIA in the western cape! Maybe this could be a good business opportunity for someone from VW or Toyota, as they really do know how to give great service, everytime!

Kia, i'm fedup. Can't wait to get rid of this car and move on.
