I took my car to Sasol De Bron for a regular wash, dry & vacuum. A friend and I were sitting just outside the wash bay and we saw a black mark on the bumper after they washed it with the high pressure hose. After closer inspection I saw that it was the paint that actually came off. I asked the guy who operated the high pressure hose what happened and he said that the paint came off as the pressure was too high. I reported this to the person (named Annie) at the counter and she assured me that she would get the owner of the car wash to phone me as soon as he gets in. She also asked the guy who washed the car what happened and again he said to her that the pressure was too high and the paint came off. She also took a photo of the bumper with her cellphone to show to the owner (Johan). I went home and waited for the owner to phone at 18:00 as Annie said he would.By 18:30 I phoned him and he was truly rude and basically implied that he wasn't at fault and that he will not accept any responsibility for the damage to my car. He did not make me feel at any stage that he was willing to help me solve this issue in any way. I have several witnesses, including his staff.
